Daniel E. Innis, is businessperson and Professor of Marketing and Hospitality Management at the University of New Hampshire. He is the former Dean of the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, a position he held from 2007 to late 2013.

Dan earned his Ph.D. in marketing and logistics with a minor in consumer behavior from The Ohio State University in 1991. He was the driving force behind the new Peter T. Paul College building, a $50 million project that resulted in a state-of-the-art business building at the University of New Hampshire—the first academic building constructed at UNH with no direct state capital support. The building opened in March 2013.

While dean, he helped to grow undergraduate enrollment in the business school from 1650 students to over 2200 students. Dan also co-founded the Ale House Inn and the Hotel Portsmouth with his husband Doug Palardy. He resides in New Castle and has three children, two of whom are UNH graduates.
